When Regal Aviation Insurance started looking for new agency offices, they made a safe landing with Robert Evans Company. The aviation insurance agency wanted to move from their outdated, leased office space into modern offices near the Hillsboro Airport. Within 10 months, Regal was the proud owner of a new Class "A" office building in the Hawthorn Woods Office Park.

The $2.4 million project, which includes two 12,000 sq ft concrete tilt-panel office buildings, took shape with the expertise Robert Evans Company offers in site acquisition, financing, permitting, design and construction. REC helped make the project cost-effective by finding an investor for the second building at Hawthorn Woods.

With the right partner, dreams can take off. No longer a tenant in an old building, Regal Aviation Insurance agency now occupies 45% of its building and leases the balance.
