When Lattice Semiconductor considered remodeling two outdated office buildings to convert them into high tech manufacturing and office spaces, management had one key requirement: Empolyees must be able to continue manufacturing and business operations during all renovation work.

The Robert Evans Company was called on to plan, design and manage the remodel, which included structural improvements, connecting the two buildings, adding a clean room, electrical/lighting/HVAC services, nonconductive flooring and process piping to meet the client's evolving needs.
